OTWOCK: Building Permit Secured for LNA SANTÉ ORIGIN

For several months, we have been supporting the French company LNA Santé in its expansion into Poland, and we are pleased to announce that the building permit has now been obtained for what will become its first facility in the country, located in Otwock. LNA Santé is a company specializing in medical care, physical rehabilitation, and nursing homes. In Otwock, it has acquired the existing ORIGIN facility. The current building offers a usable floor area of 5 900 m², of which 990 m² will be renovated to meet LNA Santé’s standards. The project will also increase the facility’s capacity through the construction of a new building. It will provide 2 025 m² of additional gross floor area, creating 32 new beds in addition to the 105 beds already available in the existing building. The facility will focus on rehabilitation care, including the addition of a swimming pool as part of its therapeutic services. Construction is scheduled to begin this year, with the facility expected to open in September 2027. We would like to thank LNA Santé and ORIGIN for their trust and confidence. Presidency Transition at SUD Polska

On May 13, 2026, Jean-Marc Pivôt, founder of SUD Polska in 1997 and co-founder of the Warsaw office alongside Nicolas Roques and Jocelyn Fillard in 2007, handed over the presidency of SUD Polska to Jocelyn Fillard, Director of Architecture. This transition is part of a broader process of governance succession and continuity. Jean-Marc became President of SUD Polska in 2001 while serving as lead architect for the Manufaktura project in Łódź. It was during this same period that Jocelyn Fillard joined the project as Jean-Marc’s first assistant. Through his constant travels between France and Poland, the relationships he developed between the two countries, and the first design studies carried out from France, Jean-Marc was the pioneer who initiated the development of the SUD agency in Poland. The opening of the Manufaktura project in 2006 accelerated the agency’s growth, and at the end of 2007, Jean-Marc Pivôt, Nicolas Roques, and Jocelyn Fillard decided to establish a true French-Polish architectural practice in Warsaw. Beginning in early 2008, Nicolas Roques and Jocelyn Fillard relocated to Warsaw to expand the agency and develop SUD Polska’s first projects directly from Poland, together with SUD’s Polish teams, rather than from France. Thanks to this momentum, unwavering trust, and Jean-Marc’s constant support for the local leadership, SUD Polska experienced remarkable growth, enabling the firm to deliver major and landmark projects in numerous Polish cities. Following an exceptional presidency that helped establish and promote SUD Polska internationally, the transition of presidency naturally turned to Jocelyn Fillard, who has served as the agency’s lead architect since 2007. Nicolas Roques will continue in his role as Managing Director, a position he has also held since 2007, ensuring a smooth and continuous transition. Jean-Marc will nevertheless remain closely involved in the life of SUD Polska, continuing to support the agency as founder and special advisor to the management team. Today, all the teams at SUD Polska would like to thank Jean-Marc for these many years of exceptional work and rare kindness, which helped create the company’s unique working atmosphere.

“Cavallia” – Building Permit Obtained for Zone 3

The year 2026 is starting just as well as it ended for our CAVALLIA project in Poznań, as we have secured the building permit for two new objects. These are Buildings B8 and B14 in Zone 3, as well as the central square of 2 520 m² and part of the main public garden of the new district.

This part of the project is intended to become its beating heart. Around the square, approximately 1 620 m² of retail, restaurant, and service spaces will be developed. The two new buildings, providing a modern setting for these public spaces, will deliver a total of 7 640 m² of additional residential space, comprising 131 new apartments, the sales of which have already begun. This major new public space is also bordered by two listed buildings of the former Polish cavalry stables, for which we are already working on the revitalization project.

It is a great source of pride for our entire team to have developed the urban masterplan and the architecture of this part of the project, which will become an iconic destination in the future. As always, we would like to warmly thank BPI Real Estate and REVIVE for their unwavering trust in this outstanding project.
