“Cavallia” – Building Permit Obtained for Zone 3

The year 2026 is starting just as well as it ended for our CAVALLIA project in Poznań, as we have secured the building permit for two new objects. These are Buildings B8 and B14 in Zone 3, as well as the central square of 2 520 m² and part of the main public garden of the new district.

This part of the project is intended to become its beating heart. Around the square, approximately 1 620 m² of retail, restaurant, and service spaces will be developed. The two new buildings, providing a modern setting for these public spaces, will deliver a total of 7 640 m² of additional residential space, comprising 131 new apartments, the sales of which have already begun. This major new public space is also bordered by two listed buildings of the former Polish cavalry stables, for which we are already working on the revitalization project.

It is a great source of pride for our entire team to have developed the urban masterplan and the architecture of this part of the project, which will become an iconic destination in the future. As always, we would like to warmly thank BPI Real Estate and REVIVE for their unwavering trust in this outstanding project.

“Cavallia” – Building Permit Obtained for Zone 2

We successfully concluded the year 2025 with the granting, in December, of the building permit for Zone 2, including Buildings 12 and 13. This new phase, located in the southern part of the site, will create a pedestrian connection between Ułanska and Matejki streets in the form of an intimate promenade running between one of the historic buildings of the former Polish Army stables and the new Building 12. In this context, the façades of Building 12 have been designed with specific brick details and cornices, distinct from the other buildings in the project, in order to establish an architectural dialogue with the historic architecture. These two new buildings, 12 and 13, will provide 830 sqm of ground-floor retail space facing the street and approximately 13 550 sqm of residential program, representing around 268 apartments. We would like to thank BPI Real Estate BPI Real Estate Poland & Revive Revive Poland for this fruitful long-term collaboration on this ambitious project.
